New idea

I had a new idea. You might know that last year I made a set of postcards with some pictures of mine (taken during one of my trips abroad for ex.) adding some words / expressions.
I just gave some postcards to a friend of mine and she said: You are not gonna do some new postcards, with new pictures? It would be sad to stop this.
She was actually right.
But as printing them costs quite a bit and I do need to have a minimum number in order to have them printed, I decided that I would do the same here on my blog.
My pictures plus some words (in whatever language, that I know, of course, might occur to me).

This is number one.

Flower and fruit/vegetables market

Spent some time at the weekly flower and fruit/vegetable market, this morning (early morning). I LOVE markets, you know that. And I adore flowers...
Don't you think that dahlias are sooo nice? They are one of my favourites...

raspberries...
figs... and I bought cherries and some plums as well. Strolling through the market ... what a wonderful way to start my day :-)

Some Days

Some days I simply feel sad or down. Nothing particular happened. It's just the way it is. It may be because women are rather controlled by our dear hormones. I don't know. As I said. It's just the way it is.

I have found out something peculiar about myself though. Yesterday was one of these days. I was feeling sad. Nothing happened. No big loss. No heart ache. No nothing. It simply wasn't my day. In the evening I started feeling a bit depressed and I thought that I needed to do something before the whole thing got out of hand. I decided to watch a DVD. I chose the latest episodes of my favourite TV serie. By coincidence the three episodes where rather sad and at the same time soooo nice that I had to cry (I ALWAYS cry when watching a sad movie - I even cry when reading a sad or beautiful book...).

Funnily enough, after the good cry I had over the events of the serie ... I felt better. MUCH BETTER.

All I needed, apparently, was a good crying fit in order to feel better.
